Mission

At UNfabricated, we design and produce ethical, made-to-order merchandise for impact-driven businesses, organizations, events and content creators.

Every product we make is crafted from sustainable or organic materials by women artisans, turning everyday merchandise into a source of impact and empowerment.

"Our mission is to create meaningful, equal opportunities for women to work, learn, and thrive — empowering them to build sustainable careers or businesses through ethical production and purposeful partnerships. Through every product and every partnership, we’re redefining what merchandise can do — creating a circular model where business success fuels women’s empowerment and sustainable progress across borders."

“I grew up in a patriarchal society where I watched generations of women in the society confine their ambitions to the walls of their homes, their potential unseen. That reality shaped me. It planted in me a determination not only to carve my own path but to build something that could open doors for other women, too.

Years later, during my MBA in Entrepreneurship at Babson College, I was introduced to the concept of the Circular Economy, a system where waste becomes a resource and sustainability fuels innovation. I realized how broken and wasteful the textile industry was, and UNfabricated began as an upcycling initiative, transforming surplus fabrics and textile waste into fashion and home products made by women artisans.

As our impact grew, so did our vision. In 2024, we pivoted into ethical merchandise, partnering with purpose-driven organizations to design sustainable products that reflect their brand values and empower women. Today, we’re more than a merchandise company. We’re a movement rooted in community building, sustainability, and women’s empowerment. Every tote, every shirt, every kit tells a story of a woman who found her voice and of a business choosing purpose."

Why We Started UNfabricated

We don't just make merchandise - we create stories your brand can stand behind.

We partner with impact-driven organizations to create merchandise that tells their story.

From design to delivery, our process is guided by three principles:

  1. Purpose: Every product aligns with your brand values.

  2. Precision: Data-backed sourcing ensures zero overproduction.

  3. People: Every order supports women artisans with fair, consistent work.

We’re not just creating custom merchandise, we’re helping you build community, loyalty, and trust through purpose-driven design.

How We Work

Our simple 5-step Process

3. Sourcing and Production

We source organic, ethical fabrics and produce every order through all-women production houses, creating sustainable impact and meaningful work for women.

Our process begins with understanding your brand, language, and values. We collaborate closely to recommend products that reflect your mission and resonate with your community.

1. Discovery & Consultation

2. Design

From there, our design team creates merchandise that goes beyond giveaways — thoughtfully designed pieces that people actually want to keep, wear, and share.

4. Logistics

5. Behind the Scenes

Once your products are ready, we manage end-to-end logistics, from production to packaging and global shipping, so you can focus on what you do best.

Every partner receives behind-the-scenes photos and videos of women artisans crafting their products, which can be shared to showcase the brand’s ethical impact.
